I don't have enough background into blogs.perl.org, movabletype, current maintainers ( if any )... to propose a solution but I know some people in the community probably have a good idea about what needs to be done.
My first question: is someone maintaining this site and if so, is there a resource issue?

]]>It also provides beginners with a cheapo shared hosting plan a low barrier to entry with a modern Perl framework. What moden Perl web frameworks are the beginners hosting services providing today? Definitely not Catalyst… Dancer? When beginners start in web development there really aren’t many modern Perl options.
