  Nothing can be installed until you patch File::Find, as you found. Issue #186 has the work-around at the end. I hope that helps you....

  I hear better patch to solve this problem.

  A better patch than editing /user/share/perl/5.18/File/Find.pm is to change line 94 in /usr/lib/perl/5.18.2/Config.pm to:
  dont_use_nlink => 1,
  -----------------------------

  I will create a script to apply this patch.
