Web Application Developers
Your job is to create new web services, working together and in close cooperation with our designers, producers and other developers - sharing our passion to make the internet a better place. You have a never-ending thirst to learn new technologies. You are a programmer at heart, enthusiastic to work with the full spectrum of web technologies and concepts, from corporate intranets to high-profile consumer services.
We have two positions open: one senior position requiring 5+ years of practical working experience with high-end web development, and one entry-level position for a web developer just starting her/his professional career. Salary will be negotiated on the basis of previous experience and skills.
Skills we are looking for:
- Expert skills in good application architecture and design
- Good understanding of internet and mobile-web technologies
- Linux servers and web development environments, especially on Heroku and AWS infrastructure
- Relational database/object design, e.g. MySQL, SQLite and Pg databases
- Modern web frameworks and CMS tools, e.g. WordPress
- Programming language expertise in at least one of the following: Perl, Ruby, Python and/or PHP
- Git version control
- Understanding of web UX design
- Good JavaScript skills and knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks
- Adequate CSS and HTML skills
- Passion for continuously learning new technologies and methods
- Enthusiasm for prototyping and agile development
- The ability to estimate and control your workload
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Suitable degree in a related subject

I'm founder and CTO of a web design & development company Frantic, located in Helsinki, Finland.
Seeking a career-oriented job in a progressive organization with an aim to participate positively in line with objectives of the organization to the best of my expertise and develop my professional skills. I have a background in web designing and experience of successfully designing a websites layout, usability and appearance. Over the last few years, I’ve had the opportunity of working with several software houses; this has given me extensive web designing knowledge and technical skills.
Actually I can do Web designing and Graphic Designing job as a freelancer and permanent basis as well, I have design many websites, flyers and brochures. In freelance I did also work on maintenance of websites and designing layouts.
