Discussion

Dave Mitchell asks what sv_utf8_upgrade() should do if it receives a qr. It was decided to simply make it a NOOP.

Perl #68534: (Enhancement: which expression (not just scalar) was uninitialized in eq) was upvoted and there's a discussion on the feasibility of providing additional situations in the uninitialized values warnings.
