If you look at the test results for the 0.03 version of the plugin, they're all green too. ( http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Dist-Zilla-Plugin-Test-Legal+0.03 ). I encountered no errors on my own tests and development environment and I took the green results to mean...

You don't need the ' ::', V defaults to the current namespace and all variables. Sadly, I knew this without looking it up. Though I couldn't have told you what variables would have been displayed....

Hi All
Thanx for the feedback.
Re LoonyPandora: If it's not ready and going commercial, I can do without it.
Re Mibbit: Ok, you've convinced me to skip it.
Re ChatZilla: I checked that while waiting for replies, and it's FF not Chrome, so yes, possible.
Re kiwicr: Definitely looks interesting.
Re CIRC: I had read the reviews, and they repeatedly said it was very basic, so I think I'll skip it.

Dist::Zilla Hates Bugs
Your tests did not pass they where skipped;
plan skip_all => 'Test::Legal required for testing licenses'
if $@if that worked you would skip all the tests;
Test::Legal has requires that a 3rd pary spell checker is installed to test otherwise you get a Yellow,
Funny thing is the Legal Plugin still only shows ver 2 on a meta-cpan search I wonder why.
