  Hello!

  My opinions:

  Venue: I have no particular preference.
  Dates: Autumn (October/November) is optimal in my opinion. I'd say weekdays, or maybe fri+sat if it's going to be across 2 days... but also full weekend or full weekdays would do
  Length: 2 days
  Socials: Since I said Autumn, pubs/dinner will be fine.
  Swag: I've got tons of Perl-related t-shirt, and I'm sure most of the others attendees are in the same situation. I wouldn't need another t-shirt or other swag at all. Maybe we can think of something not obvious, useful, and somewhat environmentall…
