codepad is an online compiler/interpreter, and a simple collaboration tool. One can test code and share results. Currently, it supports 13 programming languages including Perl.
I emailed Steven Hazel asking him to upgrade the version of Perl along with a very brief overview of the Perl releases that have been made since 5.8.0 was released in July of 2002.

Wow. Apparently codepad.org has been around since at least 2008 and possibly even longer.
any chance he can add some CPAN modules in that? :-)
