The event happens on Friday, 22 March 2013. In Switzerland.
It is a one day workshop, starting approximately at 10 am and ending roughly at 5 pm, followed by a social event.

According to rba's swiss-perl-workshop Github project, I think this is in Bern and Damian Conway may be there.
I'm interested too, but I'll have to check for conflicts and perhaps see if I can find some way to cover the airfare.
